FEATURES & APPLICATIONS :
STANLEY CSP 33 powder is a Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum, Aluminum powder made by a proprietary process. It is a self bonding one-step material and bonds to clean metal surfaces without the necessity of a separate bondcoat. It produces hard, high wear resistant type coatings which withstand corrosion and oxidation.

CHEMISTRY PARTICLE SIZE : -120 + 325 Mesh
Melting Temperature: 2450ºF (1343ºC)

Coating Density 7.1 g/cc
Application Bearing journals, cylinder liners, pump seals, worn out machine parts
STANLEY CSP 33 powder coatings are finished by grinding with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide wheels only. Wet grinding is recommended. |
